Grace Oby Johnson founded the People Focused Leadership Institute to codify what she learned leading Logos Aflame Ministries — a church-planting organisation she established in 1986 with locations across Lagos State, Nigeria.
She holds an Associate of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Management from Regent University, Virginia, USA. Her approach blends academic rigour with deeply practical, culturally aware leadership training.
Her mission is simple: equip leaders who prioritise people — because organisations, communities, and nations rise when their leaders do.

Yes. Module 1 — Personality Type of the Leader & People Skills — is a prerequisite for all other modules. It lays the self-awareness foundation that every subsequent module builds upon. You must purchase and complete it before enrolling in Modules 2–7.
How long do I have access to the content?
Lifetime. Once you purchase a module, you have permanent access to all its lessons, videos, quizzes, and downloadable resources. You can revisit the content as many times as you like.
Are the certificates recognised?
Each certificate includes a unique verification ID and QR code that anyone can use to confirm its authenticity. You receive a Certificate of Participation for each completed module and a Certificate of Proficiency upon completing all seven modules. Both are downloadable as PDFs and shareable on LinkedIn.
